Mini Bean Pocket


1 14 ounce can black beans

1 8 ounce jar mild salsa

1 Serving size piece of 100% whole wheat pita pocket


Place black beans into the strainer and rinse with water.

Shake off all excess water. Place beans in a bowl.

Now drain corn and add corn to the beans.


Gently stir in the salsa. 

Cut pita pockets into serving size pieces and place 1 teaspoon of bean mixture to pita.
